How do I return my order?

- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged/incorrect)
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
After confirming the issue, we will provide the best solution, which may include:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Refund (full or partial), or
- Return arrangement (where applicable)
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We’re sorry, but due to cross-border shipping costs and inventory management, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind or personal preference reasons. This includes (but is not limited to) style preference, subjective color differences from photos, sizing/fit issues, items not meeting personal expectations, or duplicate/incorrect orders.
