Every OLEVS watch is made to be worn with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Warranty Coverage
OLEVS provides a limited 3-month warranty for watches purchased from our store at olevstimepieces.com. The warranty period is 3 months from the delivery date, based on the carrier’s tracking record.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If the issue is confirmed as covered, we may offer a replacement part, repair, or an equivalent replacement (at our discretion).
How to Request Service
If you need warranty service, please email hellolevstimepieces@gmail.com and include:
- Order number (from olevstimepieces.com)
- Photos / short video clearly showing the issue
- Full name + shipping address
- Phone number (for the courier)
We reply within 1–2 business days.
If a return is required, we will provide the return address and next steps after reviewing your request.
In some regions, customers may be asked to cover the shipping cost to send the watch for inspection. We will confirm any shipping responsibility with you before you send anything. If the issue is not covered, we may offer paid repair options when available.
Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, plating wear, fading, strap wear)
- Accidental damage (drops, impact, crushing)
- Water damage caused by misuse or beyond the rated water resistance
- Battery depletion or battery replacement
- Damage from unauthorized repair/modification
- Missing/altered serial number or no proof of purchase
