Can I mix different styles or colors for the free item?

No. Buy 1 Get 1 Free applies to the same product only. You can choose two of the same item in the same color or different colors, but different styles/models can’t be mixed. Final eligibility is shown in cart/checkout.

What if the discount doesn’t apply at checkout?

Please confirm both items are marked eligible and that you have two items in your cart. Refresh the page and try again. If it still doesn’t apply, send us a screenshot of your cart/checkout and we’ll help quickly.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water damage beyond the rated resistance, normal wear and tear, battery replacement, or unauthorized repairs.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
