Orders are processed within “3–14 business days”. Delivery times vary by destination and local carriers. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow updates in real time.

 Is this suitable for gifting?

Yes—OLEVS pieces are designed to be “gift-ready”, and we also offer “watch boxes” for a more complete presentation. If you’re gifting, you can leave a note in your message and we’ll help you choose.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a “3-month warranty” from the date of delivery, covering “manufacturing defects” under normal use. It doesn’t cover wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or improper use. If you experience an issue, please send us “photos/videos”and your “order number”.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Customs policies vary by country. If any duties/taxes are required by local customs, they’re typically the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions, message us with your country/region and we’ll advise.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help with updates (address, item, or cancellation). Please contact us as soon as possible with your “order number”.

How do I adjust the strap size?

For metal bracelets, links can be removed for a better fit. A local watch shop can usually adjust it in minutes. If you need help, tell us your wrist size and the model you purchased—we’ll guide you.

Is the watch waterproof?

Water resistance depends on the specific model. Please check the product page for the exact rating. In general, water resistance is not the same as “waterproof”—we recommend avoiding hot showers, saunas, and swimming unless the model is clearly rated for it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a “tracking number”. You can also check status via our “Order Tracking” page. If tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, please contact us and we’ll help.

 Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns/exchanges are accepted according to our “Returns & Exchanges Policy”. Items should be “unused and in original packaging”. For the quickest support, please include your “order number” and the reason for return.
